## 课程定位

ANC Camp 是 HA7CH 面向 FDE 与 AI Builder 的线下训练。沿用原课程设计：第一天讲解 ANC 与企业 AI 案例，第二天动手搭建个人 ANC。具体上海场每日流程待公布。

## Who it is for

The published program uses an AI readiness conversation followed by human admission review. This public Skill offers the readiness conversation only; it does not send an application to the organizer.

The primary audience has already built AI applications, Agents, or SaaS (the "leaves"), has experienced heavy custom delivery and repeated integration, and wants to learn the shared ANC "trunk". Working ability to use Codex independently is required. This is not a zero-beginner Codex class; recommend ha7ch-school first for someone who cannot yet use Codex independently. Do not invent ha7ch-school pricing, schedule, curriculum or enrollment links. Explain suitability from actual examples and goals, not a numeric fit score. Human admission review remains required.

Each participant needs working familiarity with Codex and at least one of these foundations:

- the ability to build a simple working product;
- business development, sales, or consulting ability;
- clear industry experience and access to an enterprise scenario.

Traditional programming experience is not required. The Camp is not suitable for people who have never used AI tools, only want to hear about industry trends, or expect guaranteed project opportunities.

After admission, each participant must complete a foundational Codex task and bring one real enterprise problem to the Camp.

## What happens in the Camp

The curriculum is organized around five connected areas:

1. Understand the AI Native Company and ANC: why isolated Agents, knowledge bases, and SaaS tools are leaves, and how ANC becomes the reusable operating trunk.
2. Read the enterprise's operating structure: identify Projects, DRIs, ICs, Tasks, Context, permissions, responsibilities, and result evidence.
3. Find the AI entry point inside real business work: start from company goals, important decisions, repeated actions, constraints, and the people who own them.
4. Use ANC to advance human-Agent collaboration: give each Task the necessary Context, Capability, Skill, and permission, then return feedback and results to the organization.
5. Understand FDE business and delivery work: customer communication, problem clarification, scope, proposal, delivery coordination, acceptance, and review.

The five areas are taught through business-case decomposition from professional services, manufacturing, factory operations, group-chat inquiry businesses, and enterprise coordination. The Camp does not require each group to produce an artificial checklist of many documents merely to count them as course outcomes.

## Core program outcome

The core outcome is that the participant establishes an AI Native Company way of thinking, learns the foundational ANC and FDE working method, and reaches the baseline for entering an HDC Project as an IC who participates in real delivery.

This baseline does not mean that every graduate is ready to lead or independently deliver a complete enterprise transformation project. Project leadership depends on relevant industry experience, demonstrated delivery evidence, project fit, and bilateral selection.

An HDC Project IC at this baseline can:

- understand the Project goal, DRI, members, success criteria, and lifecycle;
- accept a bounded Task and take responsibility for its result;
- identify and use the minimum necessary Context and permissions;
- use Codex, Agents, or Skills to complete real work;
- preserve decisions, feedback, and verifiable result evidence inside the Project;
- collaborate with the DRI, customer, and other ICs;
- respect enterprise data, permission, and confidentiality boundaries;
- escalate work that exceeds the IC's authority or capability to the DRI.

## Five field-case families

1. Professional services and accounting: PDFs, structured summaries, daily reporting, and task assignment.
2. Non-standard manufacturing: drawings, BOMs, inquiry and quotation, knowledge, and quality loops.
3. Factory HR and operations: paper forms, Excel, data mapping, statistics, and management judgment.
4. Group-chat inquiry businesses: multi-chat Context, inquiry monitoring, human confirmation, and follow-up.
5. Enterprise coordination: knowledge, OKRs, central orchestration, and multi-Agent execution.

The cases train judgment and delivery method; they do not offer participation in the referenced customer projects.

## Assessment and learning materials

The published general program uses a human-led HA7CH FDE Whiteboard Interview: problem clarification, solution decomposition, architecture and Context design, validation, delivery and commercial judgment. The original program describes HA7CH FDE Certified for participants who meet its assessment requirements, alongside ANC Skills and templates.

Shanghai-specific assessment duration, panel, scoring, graduation criteria, reassessment terms, credential delivery and learning-material access arrangements are still to be confirmed. Beijing-specific assessment terms are not Shanghai commitments. Attendance alone does not guarantee certification.

## Course scope

The offer is learning, case discussion, and hands-on ANC building. There is no promise of customer introductions, later project matching, employment, on-site opportunities or project assignments. Historical participant stories are individual evidence, not course benefits or guaranteed results.
