## Why HA7CH came here

HA7CH sees FDE as the person who helps an enterprise enter an AI Native operating state. The work starts from a real business problem, proves value in the field, and turns each delivery into reusable organizational capability.

Many companies already contain valuable operational Context in conversations, files, voice messages, spreadsheets, drawings, paper forms, and experienced employees. Modern models can understand these materials directly and help convert them into actions, structured state, and reusable knowledge.

This creates a new path for enterprise AI:

## Why HA7CH believes this is the future

HA7CH's position is direct: enterprise AI will be defined by what companies can repeatedly accomplish with AI inside real operations.

Models can already work with the conversations, files, voice messages, spreadsheets, drawings, forms, and tacit knowledge that carry a company's daily Context. The next source of value is connecting that understanding to permissions, decisions, owners, actions, evidence, and feedback.

This creates durable demand for people who can cross the whole distance from enterprise problem to working system. FDE is that role. An FDE can enter a company, understand what matters, build with AI, communicate with decision-makers, and carry the result through field validation and delivery.

The opportunity is larger than any single application. Each working application can become a new leaf on the same ANC trunk, while the company retains the Context and capability created through delivery.

## The trunk and the leaves

Specific applications are leaves: PDF extraction, quotation generation, inventory views, follow-up tools, project dashboards, or a small SaaS.

ANC is the trunk. It preserves:

- the company's people, roles, and permissions;
- projects, customers, products, and current state;
- conversations, files, decisions, and exceptions;
- Skills that complete repeatable work;
- the relationship between a task, its owner, its evidence, and its next action;
- feedback that improves the next execution.

Each useful leaf solves an immediate problem. The trunk lets the next leaf reuse the Context and capability created before it.

## What HA7CH did before the Camp

HA7CH developed this view through community work and enterprise fieldwork across multiple Chinese cities and the San Francisco Bay Area. The team entered professional-service firms, manufacturers, factories, and conversation-driven sales operations.

The field problems included:

- extracting fields from hundreds of PDFs and returning them to business workflows;
- connecting drawings, BOMs, historical quotations, and experienced workers' knowledge;
- turning paper forms and Excel files into usable operational state;
- following inquiries spread across many group chats;
- connecting organizational knowledge, goals, tasks, people, and Agents.

The repeated lesson was that an FDE needs three abilities at the same time:

1. understand the enterprise and its decision structure;
2. build a working slice quickly with AI;
3. move the customer from a working slice to a reusable operating capability.

ANC Camp (formerly FDE Camp) turns this field experience into concentrated learning, case discussion and hands-on ANC building. Assessment arrangements for the upcoming Shanghai cohort remain subject to confirmation in program.md. Customer introductions and project matching are not included benefits.
